These terms govern your use of the Big Taka platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and all games. Please read them carefully before you start playing.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Big Taka. One account per person is allowed. Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes after identity verification is complete. No third-party payments are accepted.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses at Big Taka come with a 5x wagering requirement on bet stakes. Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Fair Play & Game Rules

All casino games at Big Taka use certified random number generators. Sports bet settlement follows published rules available before any bet is placed. Big Taka reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Big Taka will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility.

1Introduction

Welcome to Big Taka. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Big Taka ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Big Taka website, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Big Taka is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms apply to all activities on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, bingo, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Big Taka platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms were last updated in January 2025. We recommend reviewing them periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Big Taka, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Big Taka employee.
  • You must not have a previously closed or suspended Big Taka account.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate and up to date. Big Taka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in account suspension.

Big Taka operates a strict one account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

3Account Rules

Your Big Taka account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it.

  • You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential at all times.
  • You must notify Big Taka support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Big Taka will never contact you to ask for your password. Any such request is fraudulent.
  • You must update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged for review. Big Taka will attempt to contact you before taking any action.

Big Taka reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, used for fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering or any other illegal conduct. In such cases, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits at Big Taka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. Big Taka does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account must be registered in your own name.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100
  • Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits set by your payment provider.
  • Deposits are credited to your Big Taka account instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
  • Big Taka does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational expenses.

Always use the exact payment reference provided during the deposit process. Deposits made without the correct reference may be delayed or require manual review.

Big Taka reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently, from a stolen account, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the originating account and the Big Taka account will be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Big Taka are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. Withdrawals to a different mobile banking account require identity verification and may take up to 48 hours to process.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
  • Processing time: 10–30 minutes for verified accounts, 24–48 hours for accounts pending verification.
  • Withdrawal requests submitted between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time) are processed the same day.
  • Big Taka does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider's standard charges may apply.
  • You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Big Taka reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed full verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an ongoing investigation into the account.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — after meeting the wagering requirement — are eligible for withdrawal.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Big Taka offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus — 100% Match up to ৳10,000:

  • Available to new players on their first deposit only.
  • Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳100.
  • Bonus is credited automatically within minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed.
  • Wagering requirement: 5x on bet stakes (not on the bonus amount).
  • Bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
  • Valid on all sports betting markets and all casino games available on Big Taka.
  • Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ৳500 per bet or spin. Bets exceeding this limit may be voided.

Big Taka actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus cancelled, any winnings derived from the bonus forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotions are offered at Big Taka's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Players will be notified of any changes to ongoing promotions via email or in-app notification.

7Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Big Taka are subject to the betting rules published on the relevant sport or market page. These rules are available before any bet is placed and form part of these Terms. Key rules that apply across all sports betting markets include:

  • Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it — you will be shown the updated odds before confirming.
  • Big Taka reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
  • In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Big Taka may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
  • Minimum bet: ৳10. Maximum bet: subject to the market and your account tier.
  • Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
  • Big Taka's decision on bet settlement is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of settlement.

Football betting at Big Taka covers the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and major international tournaments. Badminton betting covers BWF Super Series and Grand Prix events. Additional sports and markets are added regularly — check the platform for the latest availability.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino and arcade games available on Big Taka — including Pirate Fishing, Treasure Boat Fishing, Dragon Tiger Luck, Fortune Bingo, and Diamond Tycoon — use certified random number generators (RNG). The RNG ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including Big Taka.

  • Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the individual game pages.
  • Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game freezes or disconnects mid-round, the round will be completed automatically when the connection is restored. If the round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned.
  • Big Taka reserves the right to remove or modify any game at any time without prior notice.
  • Players may not use any software, bot, or automated system to play games on Big Taka. Any account found using such tools will be immediately closed.

For fishing games specifically — Pirate Fishing and Treasure Boat Fishing — the fish values and multipliers displayed in the game are accurate at the time of play. Big Taka may update game parameters periodically; updated values will be reflected in the game interface immediately upon update.

9Account Security

Keeping your Big Taka account secure is a shared responsibility. We use SSL encryption on all transactions and store your data on secure, access-controlled servers. On your side, you are responsible for:

  • Choosing a strong, unique password for your Big Taka account.
  • Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family.
  • Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Reporting any suspicious activity on your account to Big Taka support immediately.

Big Taka will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Big Taka and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

In the event of a security breach, Big Taka may temporarily suspend your account to protect your funds. We will contact you via your registered email or mobile number to verify your identity and restore access as quickly as possible.

10Responsible Gaming

Big Taka is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
  • Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
  • Reality checks: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
  • Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Big Taka platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
  • Account cooling-off: Take a break from the platform for a set period without permanently closing your account.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Big Taka platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for profit.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Big Taka platform.
  • Allowing a minor (under 18) to access or use your account.
  • Placing bets on behalf of another person using their funds without their knowledge.

Big Taka uses advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed by our security team. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. We will communicate the outcome of any review within 5 business days.

12Account Termination

You may close your Big Taka account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 3 business days, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

Big Taka reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • The account is found to be in violation of these Terms.
  • The account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
  • Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Big Taka or other players.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Big Taka reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned in full.

13Limitation of Liability

Big Taka provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

  • Big Taka is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
  • Big Taka is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or opportunity.
  • Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

By using Big Taka, you acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming involve risk, and that you may lose money. Big Taka does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform.

14Changes to These Terms

Big Taka reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling or formatting — may be made without notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the Big Taka platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Closing your account after a Terms update will be treated as a voluntary closure, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with Section 12.
